Tak Chan is the Chief Executive Officer for Mobley Group Pacific Ltd., and resides in Hong Kong. He supports his clientele in building sustainable high performance through enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness at the senior level. He has extensive experience in executive development and executive assessment, as well as team effectiveness.

Tak grew up in Hong Kong and lived in New York City for 15 years while attending school and practicing clinical psychology at New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation. In demand as an expert, he presents to the business community and business schools, as well as delivering multiple papers at scientific and professional meetings.

Tak received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the New School University (New School for Social Research) in New York, and holds a Master of Arts in General Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John’s University.

He is a registered psychologist in Hong Kong, and an associated follow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society and the American Psychological Association. He serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the board of directors for Asia Green Real Estate, a Swiss-China based investment firm.

Xiaoqian (Stella) Wang is the Principal Consultant at Mobley Group Pacific Ltd. She specializes in and has extensive experience of executive assessment and development. She is committed to helping her clients build sustainable high performance through enhancing leadership effectiveness at the senior level.

She has consulted global Fortune 500 companies, Chinese state-owned companies, and local firms in Greater China and the Asia Pacific region. She has industry experience in fields such as automobiles, chemicals, finance, life sciences, dental, medical devices/diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, FMCG, retail, and hi-tech.

Stella grew up in China, and completed her Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in the United States. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is professionally trained as a bilingual Chinese-English translator and interpreter.

As a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association, and a registered psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, she is a regular presenter at international scientific and professional conferences. She continues to publish in academic journals, and contributes chapters to books on topics related to complex skill acquisition, skill decay and retention, and sense-making.

Dongwei (Vivian) Yang is the Director of Tool Based Solutions and Senior Consultant at Mobley Group Pacific Ltd., based in Shanghai. She is committed to enabling her clients to achieve a distinct competitive advantage in leadership and talent by applying multiple facets of organizational psychology.

She is an expert in using top-notch psychometrics both at the individual and team levels to enhance leadership effectiveness and strengthen talent pipeline. She has extensive experience in leadership assessment and development, high-potential talent identification and development, and the diagnosis of organizational effectiveness.

She has consulted global Fortune 500 multinationals operating in Greater China and the Asia Pacific region, as well as large publicly traded Chinese companies and major state-owned enterprises. She has industry experience in fields such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, life sciences, retail, and financial services.

Vivian grew up in China. She received her Master of Science in Psychology of Work from Leicester University in the UK. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Yanping (Sherry) Gong is the Director of Operations for Mobley Group Pacific Ltd. She is responsible for organizing and overseeing MGP’s daily operations, and ensuring that all consulting activities and supporting services are well-coordinated and productive by managing processes. She liaises with the leadership teams to make decisions about operational activities and set strategic goals.

Sherry has more than 10 years of experience at multinational corporations, and has worked with the Foreign Representative Office.

Sherry grew up in Shanghai, and received her BA in Public Administration from East China Normal University. She is a Certified Management Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She speaks English and Mandarin, and resides in Shanghai.
